The room was quiet and nicely decorated, with an excellent shower and all the comforts for a good night's sleep. the Michelin star-rated restaurant served tasty dishes. the breakfast was delicious.

Fantastic views, enjoyed brilliant setting.

We had a junior suite and it was spotless and huge.

the staff was very helpful, the accommodation was first-rate and clean. booked a double room with a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and armchairs. the private parking was on-site, great service. the hotel had a central location in a very quiet neighborhood close to the old town.

The breakfast they served was expensive, hope one day it will be better.

We thoroughly enjoyed the great and absolutely perfect location in a quiet residential area. Our room was well-appointed with extremely comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings, and a spacious bedroom.

Marvellous location in the really quiet area, just off the city centre at, shop and other amenities, and the bistro and breakfasts.

Great location with free parking available. not too far from the Carroussel restaurant venue. 🚗.

Location is quite good between the Altstadt and the Neustadt. Room was very comfortable with lots of space and nice decor. Would definitely go back there in spite of comments below.

The lighting in the room was about the worst I have seen. It was all very atmospheric and cosy looking but I was in danger of losing things because I could not see after the sun went down! The internet connection, either wireless or wired, was very slow - so slow I couldn't use Skype. When I mentioned this to the reception staff I was told the connection was very fast connected to the cable. It was clearly not fast and I would rather the staff member had said she would look into the matter for me. I had just been in three hotels in Poland and they all had great connections. Lastly there was only one usable socket to plug in anything and I had to crawl under the desk to plug it in my laptop. All this does not match the rating of the hotel.

The staff at this property are amazingly nice and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. the location is marvellous, situated in a really quiet area next to the bistro. the double room is nicely furnished with a lovely bed, creating an elegant atmosphere.

Everything was perfect, excellent service, wonderful location short walk to city centre, all the main sights, and opera and market service proffsionel food. The personnel was knowledgeable and active. Having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in my very nicely furnished room was really great. The vibe here was elegant. Also, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. I had enjoyable days staying at this great budget hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed - a desk to work on 💻, a big TV, and a cozy sitting area.

The staff at the hotel was superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. They spoiled us with extra services. the hotel's location was central, just off Neustadt train terminal, the metro/tram station, and Dresden. We stayed for 4 nights here and loved the Neustadt district.

Also, location was perfect and magnificent, within a close distance from a lavish opera house. The hotel was set in a quiet area.

Where was breakfast?.

The spaciousness of the room and the quality of the fittings. The bed was very comfortable and the close proximity to the old city was a bonus. Car park situated 100m up the road was easy to manage at their sister hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Bulow Palais was the bomb! The staff were super cool and made us feel like rockstars. The room was dope and had mad space for all our squad. We hit up the golf course and it was sick! Nature, culture, and tasty food all in one place - can't get any better than that! And shout out to Martina Fröhlich for hooking us up with an epic city tour. Dresden, you rock!

If there was one thing we could've asked for, it would be for more happening nighttime activities for young party-goers like us. We're all about the party vibes and would've loved some lit events or clubs near the hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel with an excellent restaurant and staff. The location and surrounding area is very attractive and it is close to the centre of the old city. We loved it and will try and visit it again
